Dona Urraca Hotel & Spa Queretaro

The breakfast was above average with variety of options and the room was beautiful. I liked helpful staff with good manners. Comfortable beds, lovely pool.

Buffet breakfast, great food, fantastic staff. The decor was Mexican.

The hotel was attractive, with a great balcony overlooking the garden. The location was top for what we needed. Well-kept room with an exceptionally comfortable bed which we loved. The lively staff provided us the best 5 nights stay.

I had a fun stay, thank you so much! Exquisite location, decent and well stocked rooms. Adjacent to the beach that was pristine. There was a superb bar with outstanding service.

Facilities were good, though internet connection was low.

A fine stay. Comfy beds and climate control, a safe box and a mini-fridge-bar. Swimming pool was excellent too. Furthermore, free parking was nearby. Found in the downtown area.

The breakfast was reasonably good and the staff was always available, the bed was extremely comfy. The staff did all they can for a terrific stay. Its location was strategic, just off Queretaro as well as city-center.

The personnel was terrific, the room we got was decent, ideal location. Warm breakfast, superb service. Btw, went to city center, located just a short walk away from the hotel.

I loved this hotel and stayed for 3 nights. I'm so glad that Wheelchair Accessible room I booked was available. They made my stay perfect. It was nice to get wake up service free of charge too.

This hotel is equal to 5 stars. Property was very clean, free Wi Fi. Historic Monuments district won't disappoint you...

the location is great, and staff is friendly. we really enjoyed the convenience of the king suite, as well as a mini-bar, a personal safe and a work desk. we spent evenings at wicklow, situated 900 feet from the hotel. welcome base for a 6-night stay.

Dinner and breakfast food was great. We really enjoyed dona urraca hotel & spa. Useful base for a weekend in Queretaro! We would be happy to recommend it to all;))
