The hotel was attractive, with a great balcony overlooking the garden. The location was top for what we needed. Well-kept room with an exceptionally comfortable bed which we loved. The lively staff provided us the best 5 nights stay.

I had a fun stay, thank you so much! Exquisite location, decent and well stocked rooms. Adjacent to the beach that was pristine. There was a superb bar with outstanding service.

A fine stay. Comfy beds and climate control, a safe box and a mini-fridge-bar. Swimming pool was excellent too. Furthermore, free parking was nearby. Found in the downtown area.

The breakfast was reasonably good and the staff was always available, the bed was extremely comfy. The staff did all they can for a terrific stay. Its location was strategic, just off Queretaro as well as city-center.

the location is great, and staff is friendly. we really enjoyed the convenience of the king suite, as well as a mini-bar, a personal safe and a work desk. we spent evenings at wicklow, situated 900 feet from the hotel. welcome base for a 6-night stay.
